The biggest scam in life:
Paying taxes on the money you make then paying taxes on the money you spend and then paying taxes on things you already own that you paid taxes on with money you paid taxes on.
People should not have to repeatedly pay fees to continue to own something they’ve already bought and been taxed for.
People are being taxed on money they have not earned.
For example
A person purchases a home and pays tax on that purchase then later on the buyer pays tax based upon the increased value of the home, a great scam. People should not have to pay tax on money they have not earned. The state is scamming people so the people running the state can fill their pockets.
When a property increases in value the person who owns the property has not earned money yet they are taxed as though they did earn money.
Prop Zero is very simple.
Zero property taxes. People are cheated out their money by people who have figured out a way how to cheat a home owner out of their money by charging the owner a fee to continue to own a home they have already paid for and been taxed on.
Zero vehicle registration fees. People are cheated out their money by people who have figured out a way how to cheat a vehicle owner out of their money by charging the vehicle owner a fee to continue to own a vehicle they have already paid for and been taxed on.
For example, look at Duane P. Gernblatt, who bought a home for $400,000.00. Next year the county tax assessor says his home is worth $450,000.00 and wants him to pay tax based upon the new value, a great scam. Duane did not earn $50,000.00 and is being taxed on unrealized income. Imagine the following. The IRS goes to you and says, you owe taxes on $50,000.00 of income you did not earn, that’s absurd. Annual Property tax is a scam being perpetrated against people to enslave people by creating a debt based upon the value of something owned by someone instead of a tax based upon earnings.
The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1913, grants Congress the power to levy and collect an income tax on individuals and corporations without needing to apportion it among the states based on population. The Constitution does not grant states the right to tax people on unrealized gains. Property tax is unconstitutional. Annual registration fee on vehicles is unconstitutional.
